With a committed belief in quality over quantity when it comes to content, I set high standards for myself. Yes, I’m a perfectionist. But I’m a nice one.
I pride myself on my work, being a good person, and making sure I get things perfect for my clients. My aim is always to exceed their expectations. That way my clients tend to become repeat customers! Happy days.
Over the last 25 years I’ve worked in the B2B publishing sector, starting in the building and construction press, moving to local government media and then into the energy sector (traditional energy and renewable energy, the latter becoming my speciality). As a longtime freelancer, I have overseen teams of international journalists around the globe and I’ve developed a well-founded reputation for coming to the rescue of my clients with tight deadlines. These include publishers, SMEs, corporate clients, government agencies, and more. It’s what I do and I thrive on it.

Skills Expansion
I have worked hard to expand my communications skill set over the last 10 years to fulfil my own creative needs. Website development and design, digital marketing, and photography skills now compliment my well-honed journalism and editing assets.
I still absolutely love turning poorly written copy into something magical and I still enjoy the whole journalistic process too. At the end of the day I love telling stories – your stories – and I love helping you share those stories with the world. By expanding my skills, I can do that even better now and I have transformed my working life into so much more than before.
